The second floor includes an updated bathroom with new waterproof LVT flooring, new walk in shower (replaced old tub), and new granite vanity.  On the first floor is a new powder room off the hall between the kitchen and primary bedroom. First floor plumbing has been upgraded for the two new bathrooms (primary and powder room)
